And Mineta still won't allow "racial profiling"- and the pilots are still not armed. It's about time that airline security was stepped way up- to hell with the inconvenience. People's lives are more important. A few years ago here in N. Ireland all your bags were searched going into shopping centres- it was a nuisance and on weekends there were always huge lines of people waiting to get in but it was the way of life we had to live because of the terrorist threat.
Not so long ago- I think I read this on LittleGreenFootballs.com- terrorists were warning Mulsims not to travel by airline. It's been nearly three years since 9/11- plenty of time for really secure measures to have been put in place, but it still doesn't seem to have been done.
